Description
Flow sensors (flow meters, energy meters) are mainly used to measure the volume flow, mass flow, and energy of liquids, gases, steam, energy (including cooling capacity, heat) and other media, and can provide analog signal signals and digital signal output. Digital signals can provide 485, HART, FF, profibus and various wireless communication protocols, and can perform wired, wireless communication or networking work. According to different applications and requirements, different flow sensors can be selected.
When the measuring medium is gas, the following types of flowmeters can be used:
1. Precession vortex flowmeter (suitable for the measurement of non-corrosive gases, internal settlement in the factory, with temperature and pressure compensation, high cost performance, high accuracy, and can replace gas turbines and lumbar flowmeters if the accuracy requirements are not high)
2. Metal rotor flowmeter (suitable for process control and indication, no power supply required, mechanical pointer only for instantaneous flow, fast response, high reliability, relatively low accuracy)
3. Glass rotor flowmeter (intuitive display, low price, glass cone tube, easy to damage, some work stations are not allowed to use it.)
